Refund policy

Order & Payment Policy

Once an order is placed, we verify its legitimacy through our Shopify system. This includes ensuring the order originates from a non–high-risk IP address, contains only one payment attempt, and that the billing country matches the country from which the order was placed.

While we are not a bank and do not operate banking-level verification systems, our trusted payment providers conduct thorough checks before releasing funds to us.

Once payment is confirmed and the order is dispatched, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier. As we operate as a service-based platform, any payment disputes raised more than 14 days after the order has been shipped will not be reviewed.

Once an order is marked as delivered—including orders left in a designated “safe place”—it is beyond our control.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping on orders placed Monday–Friday, excluding bank and national holidays.

Delivery times vary due to the nature of our business, as items are sourced on demand rather than held in stock.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK orders: 5–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that there may be delays in processing orders placed after November 15 and throughout the Christmas and New Year period.

Delivery Costs

  • Free UK shipping on orders of £150 or more

  • £10 UK shipping on orders below £150

  • £50 base international shipping (outside the UK)

Customs & VAT

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties and VAT fees may apply. These charges are imposed by the Revenue and Customs department of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not take responsibility for any customs or VAT fees incurred.


Exchanges & Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

Clothing Returns

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All labels must remain attached

Sneaker Returns

  • Must be returned in original condition

  • Must include the original sneaker box

  • An outer protective box is required for return shipping

Any returns sent without an outer box may be refused or returned to the customer if damaged.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. You will receive an email notification once your return has been accepted.
Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to clear after approval.

After 14 days from receipt, we are unable to accept returns for wear and tear or quality control issues, as products are sourced on demand and not manufactured by us.


Return & Exchange Fees

Due to the nature of our business, where products are sourced on demand and not held in stock:

  • A 20% fee of the item value will be deducted from any refund or exchange on shoes

This fee covers sourcing, handling, and procurement costs, as each item is individually sourced per order.


Final Notes

Once an order is marked as delivered, including those left in a designated “safe place,” it is considered fulfilled and is beyond our control.
